  Structure and Principle

  Basic Structure: It is mainly composed of a core made of silicon steel sheets and windings. The core is usually made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, and the silicon steel sheets of the core adopt a 45-degree full-lap joint to reduce magnetic flux leakage. The windings are encapsulated in a closed shell, and are often insulated by epoxy resin vacuum casting.

  Working Principle: Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, when the high-voltage side is connected to the rated voltage, the current in the winding generates an alternating magnetic field in the core, and this magnetic field induces an electromotive force of the same frequency in the high and low voltage windings, thereby realizing the transformation of voltage.
