The SCBH15 amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is a new type of low-loss, energy-saving distribution transformer that boasts significant technical advantages and a wide range of application scenarios. Below is a detailed introduction:
I. Technical Characteristics
Low Loss:
The transformer employs amorphous alloy material for its iron core, which exhibits significantly lower hysteresis loss and eddy current loss compared to traditional silicon steel sheets. This results in approximately 70% reduction in no-load loss and about 80% reduction in no-load current compared to conventional 10-series dry-type transformers.
The resistivity of amorphous alloy material is extremely high, being 3-6 times that of silicon steel sheets, with unit eddy current loss being only 20%-30% of that of silicon steel sheets, further reducing the transformer's operational losses.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving:
Due to its low losses, the SCBH15 amorphous alloy dry-type transformer generates less heat and has a lower temperature rise during operation, enhancing the transformer's operational efficiency.
Long-term operation can significantly reduce users' electricity expenses, offering good economic benefits.
High Reliability:
The transformer adopts an epoxy resin casting structure, providing excellent moisture resistance and crack resistance.
It has high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit withstand capability, low partial discharge, and good thermal stability, ensuring long-term stable operation of the transformer.
Environmental Protection and Safety:
The transformer is oil-free, flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, and explosion-proof, causing no pollution to the environment.
It is suitable for locations with high fire prevention requirements, such as high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, oil platforms, tunnels, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and power plants.
Low Noise:
During product design, reasonable working magnetic flux density is selected, the iron core and coil structures are improved, and special noise-reducing materials are used, resulting in product noise levels that are far below national standard requirements.
II. Structure and Design
The iron core is wound from amorphous alloy strips, adopting a rectangular cross-section and a three-frame, three-column structure to ensure uniform and efficient magnetic circuits.
For capacities of 200KVA and above, the low-voltage coils are wound using copper foil, while the high-voltage coils are wound using 180℃ high-strength enameled wire, further enhancing the transformer's electrical performance.
III. Application Cases and Market Prospects
The SCBH15 amorphous alloy dry-type transformer has been widely applied in various fields, such as the power facility construction projects for newly built residential communities by Hebei Electric Power Corporation.
In the context of advocating for energy conservation and emission reduction, the SCBH15 amorphous alloy dry-type transformer, with its outstanding energy-saving performance and environmental advantages, holds broad market prospects.
The main products include oil immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, power transformers, amorphous alloy transformers, mining transformers, box type substations, high and low voltage switchgear and supporting products
