  I. High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Functions

  Ultra-Low No-Load Loss

  By utilizing iron-based amorphous metallic materials for the core, the magnetization and demagnetization processes are significantly easier compared to traditional silicon steel sheets, resulting in a 70%-80% reduction in no-load loss. Taking 10kV-class distribution transformers as an example, with an annual demand of 50 million kVA, annual electricity savings can exceed 10 billion kW·h.

  Optimized Load Loss

  Through the laminated pressing technology of amorphous alloy strips, load loss is reduced by 21.6% compared to conventional transformers (as demonstrated by the new-generation 2500kVA amorphous alloy dry-type transformer). When paired with an efficient cooling system, energy efficiency is enhanced under full-load conditions.

  II. Environmental Adaptability Functions

  Fully Sealed Maintenance-Free Design

  The conservator tank is eliminated, replaced by plate-type radiators for oil cooling. The oil tank is equipped with an air cushion to accommodate oil volume expansion, effectively preventing oil deterioration and insulation moisture absorption. This design is suitable for extreme environmental temperatures ranging from -45℃ to +45℃.

  Enhanced Short-Circuit Resistance

  The high-voltage and low-voltage windings employ special winding techniques, coupled with a laminated wood compression and fixation system. This reduces the pressure borne by the core by 90% and minimizes radial deformation of the windings by 85% during sudden short circuits, significantly improving equipment reliability.

  III. Intelligent Control Functions

  On-Load Tap Changing Technology

  Certain models (e.g., SZ13-6300KVA/35KV) are equipped with on-load tap changers, enabling voltage regulation with ±5% accuracy under load conditions. The voltage fluctuation response time is ≤0.2 seconds, ensuring high-quality power supply for sensitive loads.

  Harmonic Suppression Function

  The three-phase five-limb core structure, combined with a D,yn11 winding configuration, causes the third-harmonic magnetic fluxes to be opposite in phase and equal in amplitude within the windings. As a result, there are no third-harmonic components in the secondary-side voltage waveform, and the total harmonic distortion (THD) is ≤1.5%.

  IV. Environmental Protection and Emission Reduction Functions

  Carbon Footprint Reduction

  Based on comprehensive application scenarios in the distribution networks of China and India, annual carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 20-30 million tons, equivalent to the greenhouse gas emission reduction effect of the Three Gorges power station's annual electricity generation.

  Material Recyclability

  The core's amorphous alloy strips achieve a recycling rate of 98%, with recycling energy consumption reduced by 65% compared to traditional silicon steel sheets. This complies with the EU RoHS environmental protection directive.

  V. Special Scenario Adaptation Functions

  Support for Renewable Energy Grid Integration

  In photovoltaic/wind farms, the efficiency of power converters can be increased by 3-5 percentage points, resulting in a 2-3% increase in daily electricity generation.

  Optimization of Urban Rail Transit Power Supply

  When applied in urban rail transit systems, harmonic interference is reduced by 70%, equipment lifespan is extended to over 30 years, and the maintenance cycle is prolonged to 5 years.
