　　Select an appropriate transformer model and capacity based on the specific mine conditions and power requirements, and conduct corresponding design work.

　　Material Procurement:

　　Purchase transformers and related installation materials according to the design requirements, ensuring that their quality meets relevant standards and specifications.

　　Site Preparation:

　　Clear the construction site to ensure that the installation area is level, free of obstacles, and provides sufficient safe space for construction operations.

　　Tool Preparation:

　　Prepare the necessary tools and equipment, including electrical tools, lifting devices, etc.

　　Civil Work Handover and Acceptance:

　　After completing the civil work handover and acceptance, obtain the signature confirmation from the construction unit before proceeding with the transformer installation.

　　II. Construction Process

　　Foundation Construction:

　　Conduct foundation construction in the installation area, including excavating foundation pits and pouring concrete foundations, to ensure a solid and stable foundation.

　　The foundation rails should be level, and the rail gauge should match the wheel gauge. For transformers equipped with gas relays, the top cover should have a 1% to 1.5% upward slope along the direction of the gas relay airflow.

　　Positioning of Transformer Body:

　　Use appropriate lifting equipment to place the transformer on the foundation and secure and align it properly.

　　During lifting, special attention should be paid to protecting the transformer's lapping terminals and porcelain insulators to prevent equipment damage. Ensure that the centerline of the transformer aligns with the centerline of the foundation during positioning.

　　After positioning, check for any rubbing or damage to the high-voltage insulators and ensure that humidity display instruments and other moisture control devices are complete.

　　Grounding and Wiring:

　　Perform grounding and wiring work for the transformer according to the requirements of the power system to ensure safe and stable power transmission.

　　A detachable connection point should be provided near the transformer in the neutral-point grounding circuit.

　　Accessory Installation:

　　Connect the transformer to other equipment as needed, such as radiators, gas relays, moisture-proof breathers, thermometers, fans, high-voltage bushings, and voltage switching devices, to ensure the normal operation of the entire system.

　　When installing accessories, if a balancing device is used, adjust it to ensure parallel contact on the mounting surface. For large bushings, prefer the vertical erection method using a crane, and ensure reliable binding and angle adjustment methods.

　　Oil Treatment and Oil Filling:

　　Equip with transformer oil treatment equipment and prepare an adequate amount of oil.

　　After installation, fill with qualified transformer oil and control the oil filling rate.

　　III. Safety Measures

　　Personal Protective Equipment:

　　Construction personnel must wear personal protective equipment, such as safety helmets and safety shoes.

　　On-site Warning Signs:

　　Clearly display safety warning signs at the construction site to restrict access by non-construction personnel.

　　Fire Source Control:

　　During the construction process, welding or other operations involving open flames are strictly prohibited on the transformer.

　　Inspection and Commissioning:

　　After the transformer installation is completed, a comprehensive safety inspection and commissioning must be carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
