  Classification and Model Meanings

  Mining flameproof dry-type transformers:

  Model examples: KSG-2.5/0.66, KBSG-500/6.

  Meanings: "K" stands for mining, "S" for three-phase, and "G" for dry-type; "B" indicates flameproof; the numerical parts represent the rated capacity (kVA) and the primary-side rated voltage (kV), respectively.

  Mining mobile substations (combined units):

  Model example: KBSGZY-630/6.

  Meanings: "Z" stands for combined type, and "Y" for mobile type; the numerical parts represent the capacity (kVA) and the high-voltage side voltage (kV), respectively.

  Key Technical Parameters

  Capacity and Voltage:

  Capacity range: From 2.5 kVA to 3150 kVA, covering small-capacity power supplies for electric drills and lighting to long-distance power supplies for large-scale fully-mechanized mining faces.

  Voltage levels: The primary-side voltage is mostly 6 kV or 10 kV, and the secondary-side voltage supports multi-stage adjustments, such as 400 V, 660 V, 1140 V, and 3450 V, to match different underground equipment.

  Loss Characteristics:

  No-load loss: Increases with capacity, e.g., 520 W for the KBSGZY-100/10 model and 5300 W for the KBSGZY-3150/10 model.

  Load loss: Ranges from 6100 W to 12500 W, reflecting energy efficiency levels.

  Short-circuit Impedance and No-load Current:

  Short-circuit impedance: Ranges from 4.0% to 5.5%, affecting the transformer's ability to withstand short circuits and voltage regulation.
